Survivor 2012 begins!
Every year Mrs Young plays the game "Survivor" with us during the last four weeks of the term. It's an intensive game that involves teams of three playing against each other, recording a variety of information that builds into a story of survival. This year we have 'crashed' into the highlands of Papua New Guinea and have to survive for seven days.
We spent the first five weeks of this term getting our Survivor Diaries ready but the game officially began today. Here we are in our teams starting to problem-solve our way to success.
One of the things we had to record today was what we were wearing. Every item on our bodies was written down or drawn because it could be useful throughout the rest of the game. Jenna was crafty enough to stuff her pockets this morning with handy supplies.......
